In a world that moves quickly through thought, strategy and certainty, other intelligences are also available to us. They are quieter, older, more relational. The mycelial networks of plants and trees do not solve problems alone; they listen, respond, and move through connection. They live by rhythm, reciprocity, and trust.
What if our bodies remember this way of being?
What if our feet—our most devoted companions—are already in conversation with the Earth?
Under the celestial backdrop of lunar energy, we will explore how the Moon Body can serve as a mirror, guiding us toward deeper trust in our instinctive and intuitive knowing. The Moon invites cyclical awareness and a remembrance that we are not separate from the greater body of life.
Through somatic listening, we can discover how connection, meaning, and memory live not only in the mind, but in the tissues, bones, and soles of the feet. This remembering is medicine—ancestral, cultural, ecological.
