“The Body as Listening Field”
Join us for an intimate, imaginal gathering where we’ll slow down and listen to the living world in a whole new way.
Together, we’ll be guided through a gentle meditation journey into a redwood forest and the wider ecosystem—tuning into fungi, moss, trees, stone, water, insects, and birds. We’ll practice deep, embodied listening and open ourselves to the messages these beings may have for us as we “hear” with every part of our bodies, attuning to both loud and low-pitched pulses.
We’ll explore listening beyond sound:
with our fingertips like insects,
with bare feet like water creatures,
with our chest and bones like ancient vertebrates.
You might even plug your ears and speak, noticing how sound travels through bone and body.
Afterward, we’ll come back together to share what we received—insights, images, feelings, or quiet whispers from Nature—and weave them into a collective offering of love, gratitude, and inspired action.
This is our love note to the living Earth, and to one another.
A space to deepen communion, amplify our connection with Nature Consciousness, and remember that listening itself is a form of prayer.
