Journey to Sweetwater Sanctuary
August 23rd - August 25th
You’re invited To Immerse Yourself
in the Elements and Partner with Nature Consciousness
At Sweetwater Sanctuary in Danby, Vermont.
Immersion with Nature, or Nature Bathing, is a timeless and sacred act of clearing, refreshing, and renewal.
By immersing ourselves in the foundational elements of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water, which are the primary expressions of Nature Consciousness, we can enter into a co-creative partnership where all life thrives.
Join us for this unique journey we weave together various forms of Nature Bathing into a three-day retreat at the beautiful Sweetwater Sanctuary Retreat Center at the foot of Marble Mountain in Danby, Vermont. This gorgeous location features a stream, forest, and many herb gardens. The area is remote and ideal for immersion with the Elements and Gaia
Your restorative experience begins at 10 am on Friday August 23rd, with a welcoming circle and day full of immersion and connection, and ends Sunday afternoon, August 25th, after our closing circle and lunch feast.
During this journey, you will connect with the plants and the land through your Nature Allies so that you can deeply soak in the healing, rejuvenation, and inspiration that occurs when we allow ourselves to be held in the arms of Nature.
Throughout your experience, you will enjoy opportunities to immerse in the elements and connect with Gaia and the more than human beings she nourishes.
You will:
Experience the power of energetic bathing through Forest Bathing, Flower Bathing, Stream Bathing and Light bathing.
Along with these ancient immersion experiences, you will be supported with a limpia, sacred plants, moon, forest, and mountain stream.
Immerse in each element to open the portal for our original brilliance to shine brightly and reconnect with ourselves as Earth-honoring people.
Share delicious, organic meals together from our nourishing Kitchen.
Enjoy lively discussions, laughter, and heart-centered community connection
Make your own altar to take home through a marigold dye bath process.
We’ll spend time with the healing stream that runs through the magnificent Sweet Water Sanctuary and with the forest to connect with trees such as White Pine. This is a very special place that has been stewarded in a conscious Nature partnership for many decades, elevating the experience of immersion.
Our journey container is woven from co-creative partnership between humans and all the more than human beings, experienced through community and heart-directed and heart-centered intention.
