ONE Members' Community Meet-up: Rejuvenation and Connection, Community Tea With Laura Parisi and elyshia Holliday

The Member’s Meet-up is 9:00am PST/12:00pm EST on Thursday, December 10th

ONE Members are invited to a
special online gathering

Rejuvenation and Connection, Community Tea”

Let's slow down and have a cup of tea together (recipe below).

Slow down.  Breathe. Pour a cup of tea.
And come sit together in a gentle field of warmth and listening.

As the year turns inward and the light softens, we gather to remember a quieter rhythm, one that listens to the breath of the Earth, the movement of the moon, and the subtle stirrings of our own inner seasons. There is a kind of balance that emerges when we pause long enough to feel the dance between the vast cosmos and the smallest heartbeat within us.

This gathering is a cozy, contemplative meetup; part ritual, part conversation, part shared stillness. We’ll sip tea together, light candles (outer or inner), and open space for gratitude, reflection, and quiet joy. Some may feel called to move, others to rest, others simply to be. All of it belongs.

Come as you are. Let yourself be replenished by warmth, community, and a moment of tending your inner hearth.

Community Tea: Orange Rosemary Digestive Blend

A simple, grounding tea to support digestion and seasonal balance.

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 Tbsp fresh rosemary leaves

  • 2–3 pieces of fresh organic orange peel

  • 1 small stone or crystal you’ve held while offering a prayer of gratitude

To prepare:
Bring water to a boil in a glass or stainless-steel pot.
Remove from heat and add rosemary, orange peel, and your stone or crystal.
Cover and steep for 15–20 minutes.
Strain and pour into individual cups.

This tea gently supports digestion and can be enjoyed about 30 minutes before a meal.
Note: Rosemary is not recommended as an herbal remedy during pregnancy (small amounts as a culinary herb are generally fine).

Meet-ups are a place for community discussion and connection. Members will receive a Zoom link for the meet-up via email and can also find the link in our dedicated member space on Mighty Networks. Not yet a Member? Join us!
